Vlocity Communications (Pty) Ltd operates this digital business-card service. Contact details and photographs placed on a published card are public to anyone who has its link or QR code. Do not submit private or sensitive information.

Google sign-in is used only to identify the authorised administrator. We request basic profile and email information, retain the administrator’s Google account identifier, and use a secure session cookie. We do not request Gmail messages, Google contacts or Drive access, and do not retain Google access tokens.

Card information is kept until an authorised administrator removes it. Archiving hides a card but retains its information for restoration. Administrative changes and sign-ins are logged. Public card views are not individually tracked by this application, although standard web-server access logs may record connection information.
